...but I felt nothing! Like nothing!
Hillary Rodham Clinton made history last night by becoming the first woman to become a Presidential nominee from any major party. Congrats! This is truly a historic moment, but why did I not feel anything?
I guess I am with her!
I recall in the 2008 Presidential election, I was originally a Hillary supporter before I got on board with the Obama campaign. However, on June 3, 2008, I remember beaming with pride and overflowing with hope when then Senator Obama secured enough delegates to become the presumptive Democratic nominee.
Where is that pride now? Where is that hope now? I would have thought being a woman and seeing this Historic moment I would feel that same enthusiasm as I did 8 years ago. Yet nothing! I've got nothing.
How are you feeling this morning? Are you overjoyed? Hopeful? Excited? Or blah? Talk to me people!
